Eligibility
Do You Qualify?
Residential
- Owner-occupiers or long-term tenants (with landlord consent)
- Any home type — detached, semi, terraced, bungalow or flat
- Property within North East or North Yorkshire postcode
- New homeowners particularly encouraged
Business
- Registered businesses with a fixed premises
- Pubs, cafes, salons, retail, offices, warehouses, independent shops
- Located in eligible NE England or N Yorkshire postcode
- No minimum or maximum turnover requirement
Funding allocations for May are filling fast. Only a limited number of approved applications are accepted per region each month.
