Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the Security Grant Scheme administered by Wentworth Security & Fire Protection Ltd.
1. Scheme Overview
The Wentworth Security Grant Scheme (“the Scheme”) is a privately funded discretionary marketing initiative operated by Wentworth Security & Fire Protection Ltd (“Wentworth”). The Scheme provides qualifying customers with a discretionary contribution towards selected security and fire protection systems.
2. No Government Affiliation
The Scheme is privately funded and administered solely by Wentworth Security & Fire Protection Ltd. The Scheme is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or funded by any government body, local authority, police force, insurer or third-party public organisation unless expressly stated in writing.
3. Eligibility
Grant eligibility is determined at the sole discretion of Wentworth. Qualification may depend on factors including, but not limited to property location, property type, existing security provisions, risk profile, availability of monthly funding allocations and suitability of the proposed installation. Submission of an enquiry does not guarantee approval.
4. Survey Requirement
All grant applications require an in-person survey carried out by a representative of Wentworth. Grant eligibility and contribution values can only be confirmed following completion of the survey.
5. Grant Contributions
Grant contribution values are determined solely by Wentworth and may vary between customers, properties, systems and promotional periods. The grant contribution is applied as a discretionary discount against Wentworth’s standard retail pricing.
6. Standard Retail Pricing
All quoted retail prices represent Wentworth’s standard pricing structure for the systems and services being offered. Pricing may vary depending on specification, installation requirements and optional upgrades.
7. Limited Availability
The Scheme operates on limited monthly funding allocations. Wentworth reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Scheme at any time without notice.
8. Quotations
All quotations provided under the Scheme remain valid only for the period stated on the quotation. After expiry, pricing and grant contributions may be amended or withdrawn.
9. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information during the enquiry and survey process and ensure suitable access is available for survey and installation appointments.
10. Installation Requirements
Installations are subject to site suitability, signal coverage, power availability and any other technical considerations identified during the survey process.
11. Exclusions
Unless expressly included within the quotation, the following are excluded: building works, decoration repairs, internet services, electrical upgrades, network infrastructure and additional devices or accessories not listed on the quotation.
12. Finance & Payment
Payment terms will be confirmed within the customer quotation. Installations may require deposits or staged payments prior to commencement of works.
13. Cooling-Off Rights
Where applicable under UK consumer legislation, domestic customers entering into agreements away from Wentworth’s business premises may be entitled to a statutory cooling-off period.
14. Warranty
Products supplied under the Scheme are subject to manufacturer warranties and any additional warranty terms provided by Wentworth at the time of installation.
15. Maintenance & Monitoring
Maintenance agreements, monitoring services, cloud storage subscriptions and app-based services are separate chargeable services unless expressly included within the quotation.
16. Cancellation
Wentworth reserves the right to cancel or refuse participation in the Scheme where misleading information has been provided, installation conditions are unsuitable, abusive behaviour occurs or the customer otherwise fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
17. Liability
Nothing within the Scheme guarantees prevention of crime, fire or loss. Wentworth shall not be liable for losses arising from criminal activity, equipment misuse, internet failure, power failure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
18. Data Protection
Customer information will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Wentworth’s Privacy Policy.
19. Amendments
Wentworth reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions and the operation of the Scheme at any time.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The scheme is not affiliated with or funded by any government body, local authority, police service, or insurance provider. The scheme is administered by Wentworth Security & Fire Protection Ltd.
